I am confused about what a "dragon" is.
ReplyDeleteI am confused about this questions.
ReplyDeleteI think to expunge another dragon from the map is to finish a deed do they finished a deed when they wrote a letter to the smithsonian.
ReplyDeleteYes I am confuse too.
ReplyDeleteAs too my head is boggled.
ReplyDeleteThink about what "expunge" means, and then consider that dragons are not real, although once upon a time, there were some people who thought they were real, until others proved them wrong.
ReplyDeleteNow I agree with Tyler because I thought about it and now I think taht it means to get something done that you were worried about.
ReplyDeleteI understand now and I think that Tyler and Colden are right. I agree with them also.
ReplyDeleteI think that it means to uncover a new secret and prove to the world that it is real.
ReplyDeleteI get it. Expunge means erase or remove completely (something unwanted or unpleasant). Dragons are a myth that some people believe. The quote means that since they found a new species of vetch they are proving something wrong and expunging the "dragon".
